As a medical translator, I feel no different to when I was in clinical practice; contributing to the well-being of the patient, who is at the heart of all we do.

I translate exclusively from German to my mother tongue, English, to provide seamless collaboration and language support for medical communication.

Born and raised in the UK, I spent 2 years working in Germany, then trained as a podiatrist at University College London, followed by 7 years’ clinical experience in the National Health Service. After some time writing and teaching English, I completed an MA in Translation at the UK Open University.

Since launching my translation business in 2018, I haven’t looked back. My clients include translation and MedComms agencies, CROs, international medical assistance companies, and individuals.

I am now settled in Bordeaux with my family, and when I’m not translating or writing, I can be found improvising on the sax or performing as a contemporary clown.
